Pirates
of the Caribbean:
The Curse of the Black Pearl

Jack: "No! Not good! Stop! Not good! What are you doing?
You burned all the food, the shade! The rum!"
Elizabeth: "Yes, the rum is gone."
Jack: "Why is the rum gone?"
Elizabeth: "One, because it is a vile drink that turns even the most respectable men into complete scoundrels. Two, that signal is over a thousand feet high. The entire Royal Navy is out looking for me, do you really think that there is even the slightest chance that they won’t see it?"
Jack: "But why is the rum gone?"
Pirates
of the Caribbean 2:
Dead Man's Chest
Jack: "Why is the rum always gone?"
(He rises to his feet, staggers)
(He picks up his hat off the top of a globe)
Jack" Oh! *That's* why."
Pirates of the Caribbean 3:
At Worlds End
Jack: "Did no one come to save me just because they missed me?"
(Everyone looks around. Finally Jack the Monkey raises his hand)
Beckett: (Jack has a cannon aimed at Beckett) "You're mad!"
Jack: (grins) "Thank goodness for that because if I wasn't, this'd probably
never work."
(fires cannon to fly away holding on to a rope)
Jack: (Flies from one ship to another and lands on deck)
" And that was without a single drop of rum."
